We recently had the pleasure of working with Trecini Winery. The owners of Trecini Winery, Cathy and John Vicini, are friends and past customers of ours. Cathy met our co-owner Greg Johnston through their Rotary Club, and our other division, AJ Printing & Graphics, has been printing forms and labels for Cathy and John since 2010. When their new tasting room opened in downtown Santa Rosa, we also made the window graphics.
Trecini Winery was in need of signage for some newly acquired retail space at Safeway on Mendocino Avenue. As we are experts in signs, banners, vehicle wraps, and other signage needs, we were more than happy to help! With our graphic and signage know-how, we were able to make the signs they needed.
The tricky part of this project came with finding the perfect material for the hanging display signage. At Wine Country Signs in Santa Rosa we always use our experience and knowledge to choose the best material for your project, whatever it may be. We needed sign material that would be strong, yet lightweight and easy to hang.
For the display signage we went with 3mm White PVC, a great material for signs that is easy to work with and not too heavy. We used our flatbed printer and a direct to substrate print method with UV cured inks to get the best looking signage possible. Grommets were placed along the top of the PVC so the signage could be hung with string or wire from the ceiling.
As always, the team here at Wine Country Signs in Santa Rosa feels confidence in our choice of materials. PVC is great for printing on graphics. Vinyl is wonderful for window signs and lettering.
