Greg Johnston, Co-Owner

Greg is co-owner of AJ Printing and Graphics and Wine Country Signs and ventured into the printing business 18 years ago, partnering with his brother, Dan. Greg is the chieftain of our sales and customer support team and is notorious for his efficacy at handling the most difficult of printing projects. He is a Santa Rosa native and an active member of the Santa Rosa Downtown Rotary Club. He spends his free time cooking, biking and doing home improvement projects however his greatest passion is watching, coaching and attending sporting events with his son, Nolan – a burgeoning athlete himself. Although Greg has earned the reputation of playing a joker, he usually grins behind a hand that holds a royal flush. Contact Greg.

Dan Johnston, Co-Owner

Dan is co-owner of AJ Printing and Graphics and Wine Country Signs and has been in the printing industry for over 22 years.  He is our resident Adobe expert and the key administrator of our creative department. Dan is a lifetime Santa Rosa resident as are his two daughters, Megan and Hailey. Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his daughters and exploring the outdoors by mountain bike, kayak or on foot. In 2010, Dan acquired his pilot’s license and relishes every opportunity to take to the sky and see the world from above. Recently, Dan has become keen on yoga but fortunately for all of us, he limits that activity to when his feet are on the ground. Contact Dan.

Greg Beedon, Senior Sales Executive

Greg Beedon comes to AJ Printing and Graphics and Wine Country Signs with over 40 years of professional creative experience in graphic arts. As our Senior Sales Executive he can assist in any project large or small and finds that his creative wit and problem solving tactics are his best defense against an idea in peril. Greg joined the team in 2014 after closing his sign company in Rohnert Park. He is happy to use his expertise to expand the company and can’t wait to learn more about the rapidly expanding printing industry. Greg graduated with a degree from California State University Northridge with a degree in fine art, which has given him the eye for the exquisite and superb. Additionally, Greg has an extensive background in advertising, graphic arts, photography and oddly enough the restaurant industry (well not that odd he loves to cook and eat!) On his days off Greg takes to the kitchen whipping up a best in show new recipe for his wife Barbara, his son and two grandchildren. Michaela James, Marketing Coordinator

Michaela joins our team after working in the marketing/public relations industry for Bay Area medical and food/hospitality clients but hopes to expand her knowledge by breaking into the printing industry. With a passion for the creative and graphic design, our industry experience along with her enthusiasm make a great team! A graduate of University of California Berkeley with a concentration in Media Studies and Communications she is our current head of marketing spearheading our efforts in the community and being the smiling face of AJ Printing and Graphic and Wine Country Signs. On her time off Michaela likes listening to her favorite bands around the county, playing board games she is sure to win and kayaking with her boyfriend.
